The FWC team headed out to fish the K&K Derby on Lake Pend Oreille in North Idaho. We managed to drag some nice Kamloops and Lake Trout up from those cold dead waters.

Thomas and I head out in out trusty boat the HPC Algae for a little bottom fishing in the Puget Sound. One of our more productive trips, we boat a lot of flatfish and one thing that it took us a while to identify! See if you know what it is!
Long Lake in Eastern Washington State was our target this time, and we hit it hard! Searching for Large Mouth Bass, we found just about everything else.
Thomas and I drug our lures around Lake Ballinger again and this in-town lake did amazingly well. We caught and released a bunch of nice Rainbow Trout, but the part to make sure you see is where I bury a triple hook in my hand and have to pull it out. It was first for me and felt oh-so good!
Nothing like wading the cool waters of the Skykomish river before the sun is even up! Thomas and I are out trying to track down Steelhead in this episode. As per our norm, what we are looking for and what we get are two different things!

A great Fall day for some Salmon fishing in Puget Sound. We were right out of Everett and actually managed to put a couple fish in the boat. A rare thing for the Fishing with Cliff crew!
A huge run of Sockeye Salmon hit Lake Washington in 2006 and the Fishing with Cliff crew, along with everyone else with a floating device was out on the lake to catch them! Hell we even had the mighty Reverend Poon onboard to give us a few blessings.

Beautiful day of fishing on Puget Sound for Salmon that should have been there. What did we catch? What do we usually catch? NADA! The Reverend didn't even help us out much 'cause he was being a wussy and text messaging his now ex, girlfriend all day.
