Montmorency Falls is both an historic site and a very popular tourist destination. A cable car ride gets you the best view of the 270-foot waterfalls, which amounts to about one and a half times the height of Niagara Falls, though they aren't anywhere near as wide. In the winter, ice climbers scale the Freezing Wall, or the ice-covered cliff, which contains many climbing routes.
