Mark Lowry sings "mary did you know" (with help in the background from david phelps and guy penrod) so pretty! then the gaither vocal band sings "The King Is Coming"
He sounds gorgeous on this song. Usually on songs David adds so much power which is beautiful also, but on this one, i love how he hits those soft notes, it adds even more emotion to it. Also, how heart-wrenching is the look on his face at the end? You can tell he means what he is singing. Enjoy!
I previously posted this in three parts, heres the full thing in one part. This is one of Mark's most famous moments when he puts his shoe up to bill's nose. enjoy!
FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE DAVID LOST HIS VOICE ALONG WITH THE WEIGHT (which is stupid). I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't know who david phelps is, they sure are missing out! he's easily one of the top singers on the whole planet. This could easily be one of my favorite songs by him. Won't it be great when we get to heaven and there will be "no more night"?
the gaither vocal band (then russ taff, david phelps, guy penrod, and bill gaither) sing "these are they" with david phelps leading. Beautiful! On a side note, I think David should wear blue more often, it brings out his eyes, call me weird lol.
LOLOLLOL @ Mark. with mark lowry, bill gaither, jd sumner, ben speer, ann downing, sue dodge, candy hemphill christmas, joy gardner and the rest of the homecoming friends. I posted the comedy part before but i had several people request that I post the full thing so here it is.
*bawls* it gives me goosebumps, how powerful. Bill Gaither gets choked up, Marshall Hall gets emotional and almost can't sing. Guy penrod falls to his knees in the middle of his verse. I love this song
I previously posted this in two seperate parts but now i'm posting the full thing because it kinda ruins the emotional impact when it suddenly stops. I love this song, Guy Penrod gets choked up at the end and for a moment can't finish.
